The Diatonics are a new band but forged from many years of playing music for ceilidh’s and events and festivals across the UK and Europe. The band members come together from playing in previous bands that have performed at the highest level including the Committee Band (Jeff Dent) Random Band (Derek Tarrant), and Tarrantella  (Derek Tarrant & James Sawyer) to name just a few. The experience of our musicians bring an eclectic fusion of folk dance music creating a distinct style that will ensure that the dancing will be at its best. To bring this all together for the very best event we only work with the top ceilidh callers from across the UK.
